If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you may return it for an exchange or refund, providing that goods are returned within 14 days or a timely manner and also meet the below conditions.
To return/exchange an item, please check that:
- Goods are in saleable condition
- Goods are unworn and unused with original tags attached and/or sealed packaging
- Goods are not subject to the exclusions list
- You have retained a copy of your Tax Invoice
Please note that the above change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.
Return your items for FREE at any VB location. Simply ensure your goods match the above return conditions and present a copy of your Tax Invoice. For online orders, please note that your Tax Invoice is your email confirmation outlining that your item has been shipped or is ready to pick-up in store. Your Tax Invoice must be presented in order to obtain a refund.

VB have partnered with ParcelPoint to make returning online orders effortless for a national flat rate of 10 euros. Choose from more than 1,300 poste office locations that are open 6 days a week for a more convenient return experience.
To return with ParcelPoint, please ensure:
- Items were purchased via valeriya-banina.style
- Are in saleable condition, unworn and unused with original tags/sealed packaging
- Not subject to the exclusion list
- Less than 10kg and are not classed as a Big and Bulky item
IF YOUR GOODS MATCH THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS TO LODGE A RETURN:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking the return label
- Follow the online steps to print our your return label and attach this to your parcel
- Drop off your return at your selected Post office location. ParcelPoint will confirm they have received your goods. Please note it can take up to 5 days for your return to reach us for processing.
- Once VB have received and processed your return, we will email you to confirm that this has been completed. Your refund will be available in your account within 3-5 business days.
Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed above. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.
